What are the consequences when you are caught drinking if you are under age?!

Question:

What are the consequences when you are caught drinking if you are under age?

Answers:
Depends on where you are caught drinking at. I was at college once and I wasn't drinking. I was stopped by Excise Police and my roommate was 21 yrs. old and I got into lots of trouble for having it just in my car. I had to go to court and pay court costs plus go to AA meetings. The whole thing was a sham I wish I would have fought it. Just don't get caught not good news. You can even lose your drivers license if your caught drinking and driving underage. They take that way serious nowadays.
