Answers:
I am no expert but I love Melon Vodka with pineapple juice plus lots of ice it makes you want to drink and drink, especially on a hot day.

Try the New Yorker. Pour bourbon over ice in a shaker add lemon juice and shake.
Pour and serve. Easy.

Fruit punch: ginger beer, gin, vodka, cranberry juice and a squirt of lime juice on ice with a little umbrella.. lovely!

Slippery Nipple - Baileys and Sambucca, sambucca in first and then baileys on top. Or a Springbok which is the same principle which is creme de menthe and baileys on top - those are both shots. Or for a cocktail how about harvey wallbanger which is orange, vodka and grenadine I believe.

For ladies:
Campari cocktail:
Fill 6 highball glasses with ice. Pour over the Campari, followed by the blood orange juice. Top up with the soda and serve decorated with the orange slices.
For Gents
Black velvet: Champagne and Guiness.Half fill Champagne flutes with Guinness, then slowly top them up with chilled Champagne.

TVR
1 part Tequilla
1 part Vodka
2 parts Red Bull

or

GTVR

light touch paper and stand well back

best of the lot though is that you can premix the alcohol and just add red bull as required to the glass

A shot of vodka with a splash of rose's lime.

Duck Fart: in a shot glass pour 3/4 Kahlua, layer 1/4 inch of Baileys, top with layer of Crown Royal. Add mini chocolate chips to bottom of shot glass & chill before use to make it even better! Berry Dreamy: In a collins glass packed with ice add 1/2 shot Bacardi 151, 1 1/2 shots blueberry liquor, 7up almost to fill, top with Chambord raspberry. Black straws look good in this drink. (all coctails should be quick & easy)

VODKA,PEACH SCHNAPPS,ORANGE JUICE ICE ,AND GRENADINE.JUST MIX EVERYTHING TOGETHER APART FROM THE GRENADINE.YOU POUR A SHOT OF THAT IN AT THE LAST MINUTE AND DO NOT STIR. IBERIAN SUNRISE IS THE NAME.

Shot drink.... either tequila straight with lemon and salt, or gold tequila with orange and cinamon Or kAMIKAZE. Which is a shaker cocktail shot made with lemon vodka and I think sugar syrup....look it up on google.

Cocktail - depends on the clientelle...
women - strawberry dacquiris or margaritas
pina coladas.

Men - Tequila Sunrise? men usually like the difficult ones. I mean martinis are boring. But Mojitos and cairpirhinias are too long-winded. Or how about Harvey Wallbangers? White Russian?

Ok... with the cocktails I have just mentioned..

Strawberry dacquiris...
Blender in goes...fresh strawberries, measure of white rum, dash of sugar syrup or strawberry syrup, and crushed ice.

Strawberry Margartias...
Same deal just swap rum for tequila.

Pina Coladas...
In a shaker...White Rum measure, Batitda de coco, cream, Pineapple juice.

Tequila sunrise...
Straight pour into a glass.. in this order... Whole Ice or crushed up to you, tequila measure, orange juice, grenadine dash (which will sink to the bottom on its own), then drop blue curaco onto the top until you get sufficient covering (ie..looks like a sunrise with the red, orange, and blue layering.

Pantie Remover:

1 part Frangelico (hazelnut liquor)
1 part Citron Vodka

Chill it. Sugar a lemon wedge. Pound the shot, suck the sugared lemon wedge.

Kahlua with chocolate.
Black Russian.
White Russian.
Pina Coladas.
Tequila shots.

Champagne and passion fruit juice - simply mixed half and half but very impressive.

a mojito perfect for you:
3 fresh mint sprigs
2 tsp sugar
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 1/2 oz light rum
club soda

In a tall thin glass, crush part of the mint with a fork to coat the inside. Add the sugar and lime juice and stir thoroughly. Top with ice. Add rum and mix. Top off with *chilled* club soda (or seltzer). Add a lime slice and the remaining mint, and serve.

Good Beer

Ruby Red Vodka, Cranberry and a splash of club soda! Very refreshing and you can premix the vodka and cranberry for large batches and quick service. All you have to do then is put in the soda!
