Right now, you can't. Absinthe is illegal in the United States. Try Canada, they may be allowing its importation, but don't try to bring it back into the US -- Customs will most likely confiscate it as contraband.

Very true. Nowhere in America will you find Absinthe just sitting on a shelf for sale. I do know that they can ship the stuff from overseas. It's not legal or like the old, original Absinthe, but close.
The chemical in absinthe that has legal controversy over it makes it illegal to make or sell in the US, but as I understand it, not illegal to buy or drink, just order it online. The other option is that the chemical (thujune) in question is NOT the wormwood alcohol, and is not needed in the absinthe, there is a brand called lucid that will be selling legal absinthe in the US.
