What is difference?!

Question:

What is difference?

What is difference among whiskey, vine and

scotch?

Answers:
Scotch is a kind of whiskey. Whiskey is made

by fermenting barley, grain, etc., and then

distilling the mash (boiling off some of the

water and impurities). There are different ways

of doing this, thta's why whiskey is known is

scotch, Irish, rye, bourbon, etc.

Wine is made by fermenting grapes, although in

Japan, sake is wine made by fermenting rice.

scotch tastes better when it comes back up...haha lol.... here is a link for u,good luck

oh well it looks like scotch is whiskey it's just a certain kind

spelling..

Whiskey/Scotch made from grains, strong alcohol content.
Wine made from grapes, not so strong alcohol content

What kind of fruit it comes from. Corn, Grapes, or Barley.

whiskeys are generally any liquor that is based on a fermented grain mash, this includes scotches. However, a scotch is usually distilled multiple times and more importantly, it must be distilled in Scotland and aged at least 3 years to be accurately referred to as a scotch whiskey.

Now wines are completely different as they are grape-based and don't ever approach the alcohol concentrations found in whiskeys.

Scotch is a kind of whiskey, which is distilled. Grapes grow on the vine, are picked, stomped and fermented to create wine. That's the gist of it anyway

Whiskey and scotch are the same thing....they are both whiskeys made from malt, with the term "scotch" coming from Scotland.
Wine on the otherhand is made from grapes, not malt.

Happy drinking!

Wine is made with grapes and is fairly low alchohol content. Whiskey is made from grains. Scotch is Whiskey made in Scotland, and just for reference, Perth is Scotch made in or around the city of Perth.

To me all are wine

Whiskey (with an E in it) is from Ireland and is made from grains of many kind depending on the whiskey, bourbon is whisky used made in kentucky that uses priomarily corn, tennesse whisky and canadian use a welsh version of the irish whiskey. scotch is a whisky (with no E) which uses a collum distilling that gives it a distinct smokey flavor over the smoother Irish Whiskey. i prefer Irish whiskey ( try middleton very rare if you get a chance cost a bit but get a couple frineds to drink with and it gets cheaper)

wine is made from grapes fermenting, only difference is what type of grape, ie merlot uses a merlot grape, pinot grigio uses a pino grigio grape.
