Which states sell Everclear alcohol?!

Question: All states sell Everclear. (ok, maybe not utah, but do they even sell alcohol???) There are several states that don't sell "full strength" everclear. These are Ohio, California, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Virginia, West Virginia, Washington, Hawaii and Florida. (at least according to wiki. I know for sure California in one.)

"Real" Everclear is 95% alcohol, or 190proof. In the before mentioned states, you can't buy anything over 151 proof (75.5% alcohol.), so thats the strength that Everclear comes in. In California, I buy 151 proof Everclear regularly during the summer. All states sell Everclear, just not all at the same strength/alcohol content.

Outlawed in Illinois, however, I have found a few "mom and pop" groceries that still have it on their shelves from years back. Truly a treasure if you can find it. I can't make homemade Limoncello without it.
