Got a lovely Victoria plum tree?!

Question:

Got a lovely Victoria plum tree?

its going to be a very good crop again this year? two questions, any one know of a good spray to keep off the bloody wasps,and two as we usually give a few bags away to family and neighbours,i thought it would be nice, to have a nice plum jam receipe and have a go at making some? nothing too complicated though,iam not jamie oliver.......?

the wife is out at the moment, but ill post her recipie later... and theres nothing like plum jam, butter and fresh bread.... mmmm im dribbling....

I've still got a freezer full of plums and a cupboard full of sugar and pectin from last year!!

dont know for sure but be careful with anything you spray on them so that it doesnt kill some one (besides the bugs)
