16?? I could recommend some really fun stuff but your too young so forget it. Just enjoy being able to get your drivers license.
happy birthday......play lots of music...and have a dance contest...you should have a performer come...so ppl can watch them perform...it could be like a couple of friends that made up a dance.. somethign like that....
