Pomegranate Martini

1/2 cups pomegranate juice
2 oz. Absolute Citron vodka OR white tequila
1 oz. Cointreau liquor
Cup of ice
Splash of sparkling water
Squeeze of lemon

Shake ingredients in a shaker and put in chilled martini glasses. Put pomegranate fruit into glass as garnish.

or

1 oz vodka
1/2 oz Cointreau? orange liqueur
3 oz pomegranate juice

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker 1/4 filled with chopped ice. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Serve with a squeeze of lemon.

2 oz citrus vodka
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1/4 oz fresh pomegranate juice
1 oz simple syrup

1oz Three Olives Cherry Vodka
1oz Pomegranate juice
1squeeze lime wedge

Place all in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Serve in red sugar rimed martini glass. you can garnish with a cherry and lime rine twist on a colored tooth pick of your choice. Enjoy!!
