Ever heard of a "cement mixer"?!

Question: Someone ordered me this shot in Mexico, they called it a cement mixer. It was supposed to be a joke apparently because it was discusting. It was two shots, that I drank seperatly and was supposed to swish it in my mouth. It curdled up realy bad and tasted like a s s. Anyone know what could have been in the two shots.

It is Bailey's Irish Cream and Lime juice.

Bailey's Irish Cream and Rose's Lime Juice, poured directly into the mouth from the bottles...then just as you described, swish it in your mouth and it curdles....
