In college we made one out of overhead slides and tape.
Typical is a funnel and hosing (you can get at a medical supply store - you can also buy clamps there too).

Attach a length of hose to the bottom (exit) of a funnel. Size of funnel, length and diameter of hose to suit your drinking and partying style. You can also go to party supply stores or Spencer's Gifts (in many shopping malls) and buy one pre-built. But there is no replacement for a good homebrew beer bong made from Ace hardware/home depot or walmart parts. You can get your tater gun parts while you're there!
