Ha -- you're a little version of me! When Surge came out, what, 11 years ago (thanks for making me feel old, lol), I bought 6-packs for 99 cents and sold them for 50 cents a can from my locker. (Surge was Coca-Cola company's version of Mountain Dew.) Good luck, you capitalist entrepreneur you! Make a few bucks, but don't get in trouble.

Have a great night!

1. You can't do that you are not a licensed approved vendor.

2. The school can choose what vendors to use.

3. You do not have a tax id number.

etc. etc.

questions like these are easy 2 points

well u could if you wanted but for sure someone would rat u out, so would it be worth it to get in trouble trying to make a few bux?

If it were me, I'd do it. It's enterprising, creative, and would earn you some cash.

HOWEVER (this is a big one)...
The school might have a problem with it. If it's only 8 cans a day, maybe not, but if you expanded, they might take issue. First of all, they're counting on a certain amount of money from their own sales...you would be competition and they would be losing out to you. They won't like the competition. They might find all kinds of excuses to get you to stop...and you might have to if they make things difficult (picking your battles, basically). It depends, but they really can't fault you for taking the initiative to be an entrepreneur.

Go for it. If they stop you, it will be good while it lasts. If they don't, even better!
