I think Ice House does. 5.5 per vol. If you want higher move to malt liquor or go to a micro-brewery where you can typically find brews in the 7.5 per vol range.

This one has the most % alcohol that I've had at 8 to 10% alcohol content. Old Foghorn by Anchor Brewery. It's a good beer. If you're in the area, take a tour of the brewery and drink up for FREE!!
find any beer with Bock on it....ie.Gordon Bierschs Blonde Bock it has 7% alc. level which is very high for most beers
Go with any ice beer they're usually 5.5 to 6.1 percent
There are plenty of Belgian Trappist beers that range all the way up to 12 or 13%. Examples of these are Chimay Tripel. Most Belgian ales are at least 7-8%, even those that are not designated 'Tripel'
Of all beers I think it is one of the Sam Adams specialties, at 25% or so.
For ales, I believe a couple of Belgians at about 13-14%.
For lagers, I believe a couple of Canadian ice beers are about 11%.

try to find beers that are brewed in belgium or germany(that is cause the recipe comes from monasteries).they are very strong.beers that during brewed sugar or something similar is added gives a boost to alcohol.try lucifer(hat a name).i think it has over 12% alcohol but i bet you'll find even stronger
Sam Adams is boasting the record here in the states (As far as beer you can actually find) They call it Utopias and at 25% by volume it's a monster!! If you're anywhere near the northern border of the states, our neighbors the kanuks brew most of our american beers but with a definite kick. American bud light is in the low 5.2's while Canadian BL is near 6.2 while Canadian Lebatts Maximum Ice tops out near 7.8+. Don't be fooled by Molson or Lebatts at your corner store. Check the label. It HAS to be brewed in Canada (if not it will have our lower american standards) and will taste the same but won't have all the punch!

Try searching for some Dogfish Head brews....not sure if they have the strongest but but the have a couple that are up in the 18% range...
