I assume you mean Tequilla and answer is no cause I dont ike tequilla but friends have and made thgem sick too because worm soaks up alot of alcohol is like taking 10 shots at once or something.
Do you mean like an earth worm? If so, i never had that on the bottom.
apparently its also a mild hallucinogenic. And it does soak up all the alcohol. I vomited all day after i ate one.
yes, you're only suppose to take the shot with less than half of the shot glass full. The worm is suppose to make you get drunk faster. Its for the hardcore drinkers. I only tried it once and never again!....

Yes, and it will get you so drunk and sick. But the problem is you don't know if you sick because of the worm or the alcohol
i have, but i was so bombed when i got to that point i dont remember it tasting like anything, just the little bits of worm in my mouth.
Ew those are gross. I'd rather drink the whole bottle than eat that little guy.

One time I blended it with tequila and OJ--yummy, didn't have to feel that wormy texture lol!

IT'S NOT THE WORM , BY THE TIME THEY GET THERE NERVE UP TO EAT THE WORM THEY ARE ALREADY WASTED . IN MEXICO IT'S A HONOR TO GET THE WORM . NEXT TIME EAT THE WORM FIRST AND ONLY 2 - 3 SHOTS AND YOU'LL KNOW IT'S THE BOOZE AND NOT THE WORM
Real tequila doesn't have a worm, mezcal, a similar drink has worms or scorpions in the bottle sometimes.
I have never eaten the worm, I've never had mezcal, I did my research before going to Mexico and I learned what the best tequilas were so I could try them. There are some really nice anejos down there much cheaper than in the states.
So if eating a worm makes you feel macho do it, but it's not a real Mexican tradition.

And every time i did I was in Mexico, it was like 3am and I ended up puking my guts out a couple of hours later.
