Substitute Vodka, Tequila, or Rum, or any liquor for that matter for the cold water in any jello recipe.
Average Jello recipe is 2 cups hot water, 2 cups cold, and jello mix. Mix in a pitcher that you can pour easily. The serving cups are usually available at Costco, Sam's Club or any hobby/arts & crafts store like Michaels or Hobby Lobby. Don't use cheap liquor. You don't have to use Belvedere, but don't use Popov.
get together with a bunch of guys and do moneyshot.. it's a good mix.
For jello shots the quality of the vodka is not as important. Just don't go for anything in a plastic bottle. Heat up half a cup of water and dissolve the jello into it. Add a half cup of vodka and pour into bathroom cups. Perfecto!
You can also mix it with gin and juice..
