it could mean f off the premisses,

it is not a pub nor a restuarant

TAKE AWAY STUFF!!

The shop is licensed to sell beers wines and spirits
but it is not licensed to allow you to drink them on the premises.A public house is licenced ,to sell and serve alchohol on the premises and it can be consumed by its patrons on the premises .
