What is a good wine to go with Cheese? and Dessert? Thanks.?!

Question: For cheese, a wonderful French Bordeaux is the best. Both Cheese and Bordeaux have deep root in France, and the French people had tailored their wines and cheeses to compliment each other. The best tasting I have ever had was a bottle of Mouton 1990 with some wonderful cheese and bries. In fact, most of the good (ie non-cheap) wines should compliment chesse well.

As for dessert, you should try something sweet. For white wines, try Ice Wines and Riesling and Sauturnes. These are very sweet and fruity to go well with the sweetness of the dessert. For red, definitely go for Port. Port are fortified, so higher in alcohol content, but they are great.

for a dessert wine i like Edwards Moscata

Tawny Port.

Bert

Moscato D'Asti. A sparkling Italian sweet dessert wine. Can't go wrong with any kind of champagne. It balances with desserts and makes them taste even sweeter and richer.
