Sore, aching muscles while drinking alcohol?!
I've asked people and no one else has ever experienced this. Does anyone have any idea what's up?
Answers: When I drink alcohol, my muscles start to ache, mostly my neck and shoulders really bad. I'm not talking the next day like a hangover symptom but right after I start drinking. Sometimes it goes away after a bit, sometimes it doesn't. This doesn't happen all the time but it does pretty often.

Alcohol causes your muscles to relax. Many people have tense muscles in the neck and shoulder region. When these muscles are affected by alcohol, it can cause soreness as they stretch out and relax.
it is most likely do to dehydration
It might be dehydration- Drink a glass of water with every drink you have. This will keep you hydrated and not so hungover.
how are you holding the glass, and how heavy is it?
