Healthwise, would it be better to drink a couple glasses of red wine or a couple of vodka cocktails w/diet 7up!
Diet soda is bad for your body! The artificial sweeteners have been noted as a possible carcinogen with frequent, extended consumption. Vodka can also get quite expensive.
Red wine can range in price from $5-thousands, but you can always find a great wine for cheap, you just have to look in the right places. I suggest Pinot Noir if you don't normally drink reds and prefer a milder red wine.
You can always dress up red wine with fresh fruit slices and make a delicious Sangria!
Hope this helps
Answers: Red Wine, hands down. Drinking red wine has many benefits, such as heart health & improved cholesterol, among other things.

Definitely red wine- there's nothing nutritious about vodka and aspartame (the yucky artificial sweetener in diet soda), but red wine is packed with the antioxidant resveratrol.

For the last few years, there have been reports of studies that show a glass of red wine each night tends to lower cholesterol. While those studies are now being disputed, I've never heard of any study that says vodka has any health benefits.
WINE IT HAS BEEN HERE FOR A VERY LONG TIME, LONGER THAN VODKA NAMASTE
Wines good for your heart. I say the wine.
do you mean health or calorie/fat??? red wine has alot of sugar/carbs in it.... vodka and diet 7up is less fattening. i know studies say red wine is good for you, but if you are watching calories go the vodka route.
