Thanks everyone, you've all made my mouth water. Found a crusty old pork pie in the fridge, so slopped on some Branston's and settled for that.

Thin sliced steak fried (dry) with an onion served on a wholemeal baguette! Delicious

Way to make me jealous! Drinking wine at lunch! (Dam you work)

How about a steak with peppercorn sauce and garlic potatoes

im having a nice ploughmans at a nice little pub around the corner from my office, they have the most amazing crusty rustic bread, which will soak up my couple of glasses at lunch today.

Hey I found a great little video with quick and yummy recipes at this blog http://theobesityproject.com/?p=8... I just loved the headline "eat with your eyes". Steady on the merlot.

It's Friday ... the day for the liquid only lunch then returning to the office and talking absolute rubbish to people when they phone up with queries!

Seriously, something with steak like a nice baguette with stilton or perhaps some tapas - chorizo and crusty bread would go down a treat with the Merlot.

I'm jealous, I am off for a M&S BLT in the park!

A second glass. And some farmhouse pate with a nice piece of Red Leicester with some crusty bread and pickles. Oh God I'm coming...........................
