Would 2 glasses of wine a night?!

Question:

Would 2 glasses of wine a night?

be benificial for nervousness?

Answers:
if you drink a glass of wine a night, it's actually good for your body. so yeah i don't see why one more would hurt. it would probably calm you down too. be careful though cuz it could eventually turn into alcoholism.

I think so. I drink two bottles of beer each night to calm me down before bedtime.

it helps a good bit

it should help calm your nerves but don't do it every night. Do it for a few nights then skip a few nights. Do it at random. When you feel a powerful urge to get more then it is time to stop.

one is enough... wine is gd for health but do not take in excess

Definitely! But I think you should stick to one. You dont want to become dependent on it.

One, sipped slowly, would probably serve to being a little relaxing before bed time.

it would nothelp you in any way!! all it may do is mess with your head!!

The alcohol in 2 glasses of wine may help take the edge off but it would only be a band aid fix. Maybe you should talk to a professional about why you're nervous.

Yes, it can help with nerves and relax you. My doctor told me a couple of glasses of red wine is ok at night.

Yes it would... Red wine is more benificial to you than white. Drink with food, your body can cope better that way. Don't drink every night for obvious reasons, and if you're not enjoying it....stop.

2 glasses of wine every evening is actually good for you, As long as you just keep it at around to, And it will definitely calm your nerves

They're all good and beneficial. YES, if you're drunk you're not as nervous.

it would relax your muscles, i dont know if it would make you less nervous
