The truth is that many a drunk and pot head have driven under the influence without incident, however, it's when something goes wrong that they cannot cope with or do not have the mental or physical reflexes to get out of the jam and that's when people die.
Neither are the better driver . . they're both impaired. In fact, they are both a threat to society and deserve to die with or without an accident.
