If you only have $10.00, what type of beer/liquor/wine would you buy?!

Question: would you get as much cheap stuff that you could afford, (example: if you're a liquor person, would you go with cheap beer, or the other way around.) or go with something a little finer but less quantity?

Vodka. It's cheap, and you can mix it with anything! You can get at LEAST a 750ml bottle for like 8 bucks. You can get the 100 proof for a couple dollars more. Plus you won't have to drink as much as you would with beer or wine.

Wild Irish Rose - Red Wine

That's all you need to start a fire on your soul.

hhhmmmm..thats a tough one..either cheap wine or a case of cheap beer...either way its always a good time.....

i don't touch beer. ick.

so.. $10.. i'd go for the vodka. lasts a while, you can mix it with different things and it'll get you at minimum, a warm buzz going on.

i lived off joaquin's rum for a year because i didn't feel like spending the money... shots aren't great but mixing isn't so bad.
and i just got a bottle of odesse vodka for 8 bucks lasted me most of the night.

just don't share- and never buy aristocrat!

Hardly anything I drink costs less than $10, maybe a six pack, that's about 7-8 dollars for the beer I like.

cost plus has great inexpensive wines and beers with cool names and bottle designs. I would definetly buy Electric Reindeer wine from Cost Plus during the Christmas Season. At $3.99 to $5.99 a bottle you get nice flavor and a nice designer label... not to mention the fun name. They make a great holiday gift. Every year there is a new label for the electric reindeer wines.

id go with a nice cask of goon

I'd buy a bottle of California red wine, like a decent Merlot, at about $5 or $6, and some cheese and bread.

A bottle of Vendange and Jack cheese. Yes I'd really have enough... and it would be so good. Gives me an idea when I'm back in the states...Soon.

I like beer, but if I am having a cocktail craving, I generally go for wine or a premium vodka martini. Since I have difficulty finding good red wine or top-shelf vodka for $10 or under, I would purchase a nice white. You can find a very decent sauvignon blanc or pinot grigio for $10 or less. As a matter of fact, I just picked up a bottle earlier tonight..yum.
So, in answer to the "quality versus quantity" aspect of your question..I most certainly choose the quality!

2 bottles of wild vines strawberry whit zen. 2 for 5 and a bag of sour cream and onion chips and I'll still have 2 bucks left lol

$10 in oz would get you a cheap cask of wine or 2 long necks of beer......

Two 40oz of mickeys and youll be alright

A 750 ML bottle of Chimay Grande Reserve.
(Strong Belgian Dark Ale)

quality, not quantity. I'd buy a 6 pack of Abita Amber.
