Whats the best way to mix bailey's irish cream?!

If you find Baileys bitter then you must have a super sweet tooth!
try mixing it with another sweet liqueur like Amaretto or Kahlua. If you want to make a layered drink put the Amaretto/Kahlua in the glass first then pour on the Baileys over the back of a spoon.
mix it with Tia Maria in a shot glass, its called a baby Guinness, its lovely. Or be extra daring and add a shot of vodka too, then its delicious.
Or you can make an Irish coffee, but change the whiskey for baileys,
Also, put it over ice cream with some dark chocolate shavings mmmmmm, getting carried away here now and I've just finished my lunch.

It is delicious with coffee. But no more than 2 before breakfast.

When I was a bartender, people always requested Bailey's in their coffee. You can always add ice and blend it up for a smoothie type drink. I've heard that it's good that way also.
1/2 shot Butterscotch schnapps 1/2 shot Bailey's (Buttery Nipple)
LITTLE BEERS. fill 3/4 of a shot glass w/ liquor 43, then fill the rest w/ the baileys. looks like a little beer. the 43 at the bottom look like the beer, the baileys on top looks like the foam. good tasting shooters....
