We had a liquor store where an old Austria man gave me much information about liquors etc.
He turned me on to The Blue Nun $7.98. I cook with it, put in in ice and it is wonderful. Great with fish and meat.

Jouis Jadot Chardonny is a great white or Robert Mondovi Merlot is a nice mellow red.
In my opinion, any white wine is great.
