I enjoy peach schnapps with lemonade and ice*(or mix with orange juice) I keep the peach schnapps in the freezer , it doesn't freeze but keeps it nice and chilled* It's a cool , refreshing , sweet drink and ohhhhhh so good*
Pina coladas are always good but are quite filling real quick
strawberry daquiris-also very good but filling
creamsicle coolers

anything that is summery* and refreshing would be a great sumer alcohol drink.

also...take a watermelon..stand upright..cut lid off....scoop out all the watermelon into a large bowl..fill inside with either tequila or vodka...put the watermelon back in..put lid on..lean against inside wall of fridge so it doesn't spill over...let chill for 1-2hrs or longer......When really HOT and ready for something COOL*.....scoop out watermelon into a cup or bowl, enjoy* and before you know it.....BANG* the tequila or vodka gives ya the big kicker.....it hits you out of know where. I'm not a drinker, but had tried this once when i was younger and what a blast* lol*
Have a SAFE but FUN Summer*

Not sure this is going to appeal to a guy with an avatar posed with a dangling cigarette on his lip...however, if you try it, I guarantee you will LOVE IT!! Not to mention, chics will totally dig it!! And if you're trying to impress, well there ya go!!

MELON AND CHAMPAGNE SLUSHES

Freezing the melon cubes helps create the slushy consistency of this drink.

3 cups cubed ripe honeydew melon
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
1 1/2 cups crushed ice or 2 cups ice cubes
1 cup champagne or sweet white wine, chilled
3/4 cup fresh orange juice
2 Tbsp. lime juice
2 Tbsp. melon liqueur (optional)
Fresh mint sprigs (optional)
Melon balls on a 4-inch pick (optional)

1. Cover and freeze honeydew cubes for at least 6 hours.

2. Place sugar in food processor or blender; cover and process or blend about 2 minutes or until somewhat powdery. Add 1/4 cup mint leaves; process or blend until finely chopped. In a very large pitcher, stir together sugar mixture, frozen honeydew, ice, champagne, orange juice, lime juice, and if desired, melon liqueur. Return mixture to food processor or blender, in batches if needed. Process or blend until smooth. Return to very large pitcher. Pour into tall glasses.
