Do they make kegs of liquor?!

Question:

Do they make kegs of liquor?

I know they make keg beer, I need a keg of liquor

Answers:
i dont think you "need" a keg of liquor unless youre throwing a block party for your entire city. to get 55 gallons of liquor you would need over 100 handles. youd be out over $2500 unless you get really cheap, shitty stuff like aristocrat vodka. i wouldnt want 1 gallon of that though, let alone 55.

I've never heard of an actual liquor keg. I believe it has something to do with the price (mostly cost prohibitive) and the mechanics of pressurizing the liquor.

Kegs are generally 1/2 or 1/4 barrels. Barrels, to my knowledge are not pressurized.

Yes, that's how it is aged in most instances. But unless you want to buy 55 gallons of 1 type of booze you are S.O.L. There are times when I drink a lot, like tonight, but I don't want to have to fine a place to put 55 gallons on anything. Besides, I don't think I could fit a 55 gallon wooden keg under my sink with the rest of the booze. I wouldn't want it to get lonely.

i think the best your gonna get is a magnum bottle

No, the primary purpose of a keg is to keep beer carbonated. Everything else you have to buy by the bottle.
