What is the name of the drink that consists of Orange Juice and Champagne called?!

Question: Mimosa.
I recommend you use the cheapest champagne or sparkling wine you can find. The orange juice will completely obliterate any flavor or nuance from the expensive stuff.
In other words, don't fall for the "I only use Dom Perignon in my mimosa." line. Its a trap.
