After opening a bottle of Wine are you suppose to Refrigerate it or can it stay at room temperature?!

Question: To slow down oxidation, refrigerate it, red or white.

General rule for serving at the proper temp: Leave whites in the fridge until 30 minutes before serving. Put reds in the fridge 30 minutes before serving.

BTW, you only have about 3 days in the fridge to use the wine. If you have any 375mL bottles feel free to pour the remainder into that and cork it. It reduces the amount of air in the bottle, also slowing down oxidation. That might not need to go in the fridge as much as a half empty bottle.

Either...the general rule is to refrig. white wines, not reds. However, I do either or both, depends on how you like to drink it.

Depends i like all my wine chilled but most only refrigerate white and leave red out but it really is based on your preference.

Just finish the bottle.

Refrigerate all wines once open as it slows down the oxidative reaction. Just warm up the red a little before you drink it. When you don't like the taste anymore, then it's done.

I thought you were supposed to drink it.
