Whiskey sour. I don't like whiskey by itself, but a whiskey sour is great - not too sweet, not too strong.

I love a good rich red wine. Have her try a blush wine if she doesn't like the red.
spiced rum and coke....? i don't know though, there's so many to choose from... order her a lemon drop some time, just a shot of vodka with a sugar dipped lemon slice chaser!! yum yum!!!

very smooth, it's way better than california chardonnays.....
