Everclear is the strongest, I believe. It comes in two strengths: 190 proof (95%) or 150 proof (75%). When fortifying liquor, the closer you get to 100%, the harder and harder it is; so that's why they stop a little short of 100%. There may be stronger ones, but you don't need much more than what Everclear is.
There's also a small bottle of rum called Bacardi 151, which is 151 proof (75%). There's probably a few other drinks that are high in alcohol, but I don't know about them.

Golden Grain. The most powerful alcoholic drink out there. This joint will probably cause death. It is 190 proof (95% alcohol), the highest proof alcohol that can exist without evaporating!!!
Not legally sold, but you if you get 100% alcohol it tends to evaporate, not to mention it would be moonshine and made with what was available.
100% ethanol, biological grade. but you can only get this from a fine chemicals company.
(um, don't drink rubbing alcohol, it's metabolites accumulate in your eye...you'll go blind)

Special filtration is needed to distill beyond 95%. The next problem is that (ethanol) alcohol molecules form hydrogen bonds with water moelcules (H2O), so 100% pure ethanol would be hygroscopic and would absorb water molecules from open air and try to return to a lower concentration.
You could try to find scientifically pure alcohol, but I hear it is denatured with methanol to prevent people from drinking it. It that is the case, the methanol could cause blindness or death.
For practical purposes, you won't find anything stronger than everclear.
