Pissy is about an 8 on the drunk scale (9= hammered, 10= you passed out)

Stoned is about 7 on the high scale (8=lifted, 9=sugar bear, 10=Blowed)

If you feel dizzy...that a 5 on the drunk scale...next time...wait atleast an half an hour before your next drink...and don't dance so long...your song will come on again...Good Luck and go lay down until the room stops spinning...lol

pissed is being drunk

stoned is being high on some form of drug

Sounds like your... dizzy as ****.

Pissed?? Never heard of it. Stoned would mean you are intoxicated by the lovely plant called Marijuana. I think you're drunk? Maybe you're just... dizzy.

They both mean pretty much the same thing pissed is an old Irish term for drunk. If you are a drunk over a long period of time you get labeled and targeted by the police, and members of the community as well as suffer myriad detrimental effects. It is a bad road to go down, many never return.

I think they both mean the same if you are drinking. Stoned also means you are high on drugs.
Both are a very bad state to be in and i would avoid them at all cost, or they could cost you your health and life!!

Just don't drive!
