wine can have different effects on people than other kinds of alcohol, such as beer. It tends to create a warming feeling in its drinkers that might make you feel disconnected, full, "cozy", relaxed, or even sweaty. It can make you feel warmer, when in fact your body temperature is not moving at all. I found an article all about it. Apparently it causes blood vessels to dilate, bringing them closer to the surface of our skin. Interesting.

yeah I get that too, its created when you drink that the alcohol molecules take up too much of the air in you so you have not enough 02 and it makes your face turn red. I hate that a lot but it happens to a lot of people.
You may have an enzyme deficiency that prevents your body from metabolizing alcohol in a 'normal' manner. Its not uncommon, especially in Asia. Many people will very quickly go completely red in the face after consuming very little alcohol. It can be quite amusing for others to see someone's face light up like a ripe tomato, but can be unpleasant for the enzyme-deficient person.
Your doctor can tell you if this applies to you. If it does, then just recognize the limitations this places on your consumption of alcohol, and find other (better, more) ways to have fun.
