Marijuana comes straight from the plant to your pipe, paper, bong, etc. Alochol comes from a plant too, then it goes through an extensive cycle, having additives and sugars, all kinds of bad stuff. Beer is very high in sugar and in calories, weed on the other hand makes you want to eat. Weed is by far the safest choice between the 2. You may question why our government would allow alcohol to be legal and not marijuana, but then again how can you question a government that lets our US troops die by the 10's everyday in a war that nothing is getting accomplished. None of it makes sense and thats why we gotta make sure that the government never has complete control of you and I. Smoke you marijuana and tell people, like Don Juan at the top of your page there, that they are stupid.
No, alcohol is fine in moderation. It's binge drinking that can get you in trouble. And, whoever said that alcohol makes people violent can't generalize that assumption because that isn't applicable to everyone or even the majority of people. Marijuana is a huge gateway drug. Meaning, it may not be that dangerous, but, once it becomes accepted by its user, it may allow that person to believe that since marijuana isn't that dangerous other drugs aren't that dangerous either but give you the same feeling or better. Most of the people I know who love smoking weed also love to do other drugs when they get the chance.
