Do not drink alcohol at all. Used to drink brandy neat from the bottle, that's before I was hospitalised for alcohol abuse. Now I live a normal life (what is normal?) without alcohol.
Try it sometime. See if you can live without alcohol. Maybe it's harder than U think.
As for me I leave it alone.
