What is the best thing you can drink for your body?!

Question: juices? shakes? water? blends? Gatorade?

Answers: juices? shakes? water? blends? Gatorade?

whatever your body needs at the time. if you dont eat fruits or vegetables, fresh fruit and vegetable drinks would be good for you, to supplement what you are missing. gatorade would be good if you are dehydrated. if you eat properly and live well on a normal basis, water is the best.

Water gives you energy and
is the main liquid your body needs to
function properly.

The best thing is simply pure water

Water and lots of it.

water, our bodies need a ton of water to survive and hardly any one gets enough of it!

water is the only liquid your body actually NEEDS

water, or perhaps some mineral water or water with added electrolytes (for example, Glaceau); many natural mineral waters have trace amounts of all sorts of elements, but I doubt the amounts are significant enough to be harmful
(this site compares the trace elements of some of them
http://mineralwaters.org/ )

juices spike your blood sugar (the actual fruits are preferred to juices)

gatorade has unneeded junk like vegetable oil in it

regarding shakes: breaking down anything in a blender (fruits, vegetables) tends to destroy fiber, and no one actually NEEDS any dairy product whatsoever (humans are the only mammals who continue to consume dairy after infancy); calcium can be obtained from greens and probiotics, if they are of any value (the jury is still out) can be obtained in supplements

WATER IS GREAT ALTHOUGH IT HAS NO NUTRITIONAL VALUE, YOU NEED IT TO LIVE. IF YOU DRINK THE 8 GLASSES A DAY FOR TWO WEEKS, YOU WILL NOTICE YOUR SKIN WILL LOOK BETTER, YOU WILL LOSE A FEW POUNDS, THE BENEFITS ARE ENDLESS.
iT FLUSHES TOXINS FROM YOUR BODY.
YOU STAY REGULAR.
DRINK WATER!!!!

Water Water Water!!!!

rum

Gatorade is like, the worst thing you can drink. Water is essential, but if you are looking to have something hydrating AND nutritious, think about making your own smoothies. Fresh blueberries are super high in antioxidants, so blend them up with some other berries, some soy milk or non-fat yogurt, things like that. Pomegranate juice is also packed with antioxidants, so you can't go wrong there, either. Just stay away from juices with high added sugars and such.

Water.
