I'd like to go off on a little tangent here before I give you any answers because, while I understand the point of drinking games for 4 plus people, 2 people? Do you really need to try to get someone that drunk on a one on one basis? You can't just be appreciative of company, maybe watch a movie, or if you need some real stimulation, some old school board games? How about playing the drinking game called 'sampling' where you go to a brewery or a wine bar and have a few things and seem a little adult?
Anyway, that being said. Play war. Or play 'who rolled the higher number on the dice'. Or truth or dare.
there's a board game called "Pass Out" it's really fun
quarters, suck and blow, drink while you think, never have i ever, up the river down the river, just a few I remember from my "youth" awwwww....good times!

Truth or dare if your opposite sex's. And if your not whoever drinks less pays.Have fun
The best all time drinking game is similar to quarters. You take an ice cube tray and fill it with your alcohol of choice. Flip a marker(dimes work best) into the tray. The opponent has to drink everything up to where the marker landed, and the spot beside it. If you miss, you get the whole tray.
