kinda works in 2 parts: preventative and morning-after
before you go out drinking, eat something with a lot of starch and/or protein. some curly fries or a burger or something. this will help "soak up" the toxins as you drink them. this goes a long way in not having a hangover in the morn.
also, try tossing back a bit of water during your drinking. that will at least help the water loss since alcohol is a diuretic.
as for the morning after, you need nutrients you lost from peeing it all away. MY cure is: a smoothie (with bananas for potassium is good), 2 aspirin, a bottle of water. make the smoothie the night before. take the aspirin and down half the bottle of water. nurse the smoothie til you feel somewhat better then polish off the rest of the water. take a shower then drink another bottle of water. :D
I have an excellent preventative technique: DON'T GET SO DRUNK
this generally works pop two extra straighth asprin of any kind dont matter to much advil aleave what ever before you drink dont go out and buy those pills in the store hanger over cure ones they dont work .
after taking two asprin and drinking before bed pop one or two asprin right before bed you will not wake up with a hang over and if you do wake up with one its not as bad you can also drink hot tea with honey in it or get up and go a;ll ove again beer me first thing if all else fales drink it will sooner or later make u feel better

Nope. But I know how to cure it before it happens: Don't drink!!!!!!!!! Alcohol is not good for you. It will eventually kill you!!
make sure you stay hydrated and drink some orange juice or bananas (the potassium makes a big difference). there is a pill called RU21 that makes some difference too
Go to sauna with a lot of salty mineral water. Beer also helps, but drinking it you undergo a risk to get drunk again and to meet the same problems next day.
Sleep works... A lil hair of the dog that bit ya.. Like a spicy bloody mary. Sweat it out, work out sauna or steam room.
2 asprin, 2 oranges juice mixed with 1 lemon juiced and a hot shower
try eating watermellon if you can still find some. That always helped me.
Gatorade and Tagamet with a tall glass of water. Sleep helps when possible.
As a preventative, the best thing you can do is drinking a full glass of water before going to bed (or passing out). I heard drinking sportsdrink like gatorade is good also because it helps hydrate and put electrolytes in your system. DO NOT take aspirin or tylenol while alcohol in the system, its hard on your liver(or I should say much worse than alcohol alone). In the morning, Drink lots of water and some sugary liquid helps to remove alcohol from the bloodstream.
