Riesling Question?!

Question: I had a really good riesling at Bern's Steakhouse and I am 100% sure the waiter told me it as SA Prum (and that is what is on the receipt). I am having a really hard time finding it (except n line), so I went on the wine menu on line and didn't see it! Does anyone know anything about it, also is Trimbach close to it? Thanks!

I think I can help you. SA Prum makes a Riesling called the Essence. Robert Parker in Wine Advocate rated the 2004 an 86.

Type into Google "SA Prum Riesling" and you will be able to find it. I am not familiar with Trimbach.
