Question: Hello! I have bought the cider "Fine Pomme de glace Clos Saint-Denis cidre de glace" (apple iced cider) and would like to know, what 2 cheeses will go nicely with this cider?

I would suggest a firm white cheese like Edam or Fontina.
Bleu cheese also pairs well. Serve grapes and apple slices on the side

If you live near a mall that has a Swiss Colony or Hickory Farms of Ohio store, you can ask them and taste some of the ones they recommend. I think this is one of the best ways to learn what kinds of cheese you like. I definitely wouldn't serve anything I hadn't tried out first.
