Is anyone else DrINKING TEA>???>>???!
Answers: cant sleep
try chamomile, it's supposed to make you relax and aid in sleep...lemon and honey are always good to add
Many teas contain even more caffeine per ounce than regular coffee does, so they actually can keep you awake. :P
Yup!! Earl Grey with some milk and sugar :)
I am, Lemon Zinger from Celestial Seasonings, yum !!! So relaxing with a bit of cream & honey.
lol I guess thats why I'm still wide awake . Maybe I need to drink decaff.
No,No,No, can't stand the stuff.
drinking tea can calm you down, but i don't think it will help you get sleep.
try drinking hot milk, i hope it will help!
I have four cups of tea before lunch and even more in the afternoon (vodka or scotch replaces tea after 5pm and i seldom drink coffee) . But that doesn't mean anything as I almost never sleep more than 4 hours a night anyway. Yes, a pound of tea has more caffeine than coffee. But you can make almost three times more cups of tea in a pound than coffee so caffeine is not or should not be a factor. For peace of mind, try those caffeine free or reduced caffeine tea blends..
not now but i luv tea.........i can't sleep cause i'm sick and excited!!!!!
green tea - no caffeine
Kombucha, to be precise.
Long island
I love tea. I usually have mine with milk, which I heard is quite unusual in the USA.
Yes I love Tea! I usually make sweetened sun tea daily.. but I would stay away from having it at night.. it will keep you awake! Maybe you should try those decaffeinated teas and drink it hot right before bed to relax you! Good luck!
Yes, of course I am, I'm British.
OMG! I love tea!
I like Earl Grey, mint and cinnamon.
Honey sounds the best! Get plenty of some good Honey, it does the trick!
Out of the subject Beer, Wine &Spirits (or No Honey that night).
The homeopathic route: taking the following about 20 minutes before you hit the sack, 3mg of Melatonin (a small dose of your bodies natural hormone which promotes Healthy Sleep Patters, along with 400-800mg (one or two Capsules) of Valerian Root Extract which helps your body relax. Can be found in the Health Supplement Area of your local Jewel or Dominick's.
That is what I do, if I am having trouble sleeping or want to make sure I get a good nights sleep. When there's no Honey to be had that night or if you just really want to make sure of a good night sleep, I highly recommend both.
