Alcohol consumption lowers our inhibitions so in a nutshell this statement is generally true. Even moderate consumption can cause us to say or do things we would not otherwise do. Overdoing it to a greater degree can lead to even more drastic and embarrassing moments. Liquid courage is quite common and often ends badly. Most studies show that violent or aggressive behavior is not caused by alcohol but rather allows certain emotions to manifest physically that are otherwise suppressed in a sober state. I would be very careful as this behavior can quickly lead to criminal activity and long term consequences. As always, moderation is key.

only with certain things because, sometimes i end up rambling and i forget my train of thought

but on the other hand sometimes i do say what i mean. so it goes both ways.

I think that it depends on how much you've had. If only a drink or two, then yes.. whatever you are afraid to do sober you will say/do in this stage. Something about feeling totally relaxed and without inhibitions that lets you say and do what you are normally afraid to do. On the other hand.. if you're piss drunk then you'll be doing and saying many many many things that you A) would never want to do while sober and B) probably not remember and lets not forget the hangover.. so yes I agree with you to a certain extent.

if you are week in mined like i was do to the drink then yes you can think of and do some crazy things

a drunken mans thoughts are a drunken mans actions because as soon as a thought pops into your head uve already acted on it
