Answers: i know.. personally, thats how it is for me when im drunk - like not totally blacked out drunk.. but when ive had a few in me.. i feel so courageous.. and can talk to anyone i want... when ever i want. .or do whatever i want..

I think that it depends on how much you've had. If only a drink or two, then yes.. whatever you are afraid to do sober you will say/do in this stage. Something about feeling totally relaxed and without inhibitions that lets you say and do what you are normally afraid to do. On the other hand.. if you're piss drunk then you'll be doing and saying many many many things that you A) would never want to do while sober and B) probably not remember and lets not forget the hangover.. so yes I agree with you to a certain extent.
if you are week in mined like i was do to the drink then yes you can think of and do some crazy things
