Uh, wouldn't that depend on how much you can drink in one day?

I wouldn't try and save it for more than a day. It will start going flat and within a few days will have lost a lot of its bubbliness and tastes pretty nasty without the bubbles.

sparkling wine likes to be consumed so that it donesn't lose its bubbly. I would drink the whole no later then in a 24 hour period.

If you need any help, I wil be more then happy to help you consume the bottle, i love Asti

Don't keep it long b/c it is carbonated. Just like soda loses taste and goes flat.

Also watch out when you re-open it. The pressure is building up in there just like a two liter of soda. The cork or bottle capper might go flying!
