in all honesty your comparing two different types of beer,strongbow is a cider and stella is closest to a lager. you need to be asking between strongbow and hardcore or stella and warsteiners.

yeah what's the point of a personal opinion question comparing apples to oranges. one is beer; the other (apparently) is cider (i have never had strongbow). i love stella, but i would add a third one to the mix. if you want to go belgian like stella, go leffe. i think it's tremendous.

Try Westons for a good scrumpy, but treat it with respect. You can't guzzle a decent cider. Unlike Strongbow or lager.
I like Stella but in terms of good belgian beers I would say a Hoegaarden. Plus I just like the name better.
