How do you remove a label from a bottle after it has already been soaked in hot water?!

Question: Goo Gone is the best stuff out there to remove anything stuck on or sticky. A truly remarkable product.

Transparent tape wide enough to cover the entire label.

TRY USING A RAZOR BLADE GENTLY. THIS USUALLY WORKS WELL THEN WAS THE BOTTLE TO GET OFF ANY RESIDUE LEFT ON BOTTLE AND LET DRY.
GOOD LUCK...

Formula 409 (household cleaner) spray it on and let it sit for a while. It should come right off.

Glue is often left on the bottle after the label is removed. If this offends your aesthetic sensibilities, rub a small amount of peanut butter onto the glue. As you rub, the oil in the peanut butter causes the glue to ball up so it can be pulled off (no kidding, crunchy works best). If you are really into the clean bottle look, wash your bottles with soap and warm water and dry them – they'll shine!

Powdered comet or ajax non-abrasive cleaners, rub gently and remove.

Try WD-40 or lighter fluid.

This is the best solution by far- trust me: Goo Gone. http://www.magicamerican.com/images/gg_i...
