Please give me your recipe for limoncello........a couple of you said that you made your own?!

Question: Take the zest from 20 washed & dried lemons. Not the white (pith) part, just the zest (shiny yellow skin). Soak zest in a fifth of Everclear (750 ml bottle) in an airtight screwtop bottle. Put it away in a cool, dry, dark place for at least three (3) weeks. Check on it every few days and lightly shake the container around a little but do not open. When the three weeks is up, add 2 cups sugar and return to cool dark place. In another 2 or 3 weeks, take out and strain all lemon zest from liquor. You will be left with a semi-thick lemon delight called limoncello! Keep refrigerated, serve chilled with no ice and enjoy! Since Everclear is difficult to come by, you may substitaute plain vodka. p.s. the finished limoncello will be a cloudy yellow color, this is normal
