Peppermint scnapps.. is it good? On its own.?!
Answers: I have been wanting to try it but i dont know if i will like it. I imgaine it would taste really good. I also would like to drink it on its own and not in a mixed drink. What do you think?
It is delicious, if you like mint, and the burn of liquor. I mix it with Jagermeister and take a shot, called a Screaming Nazi. And I saw mentioned above a Dirty girl Scout, the traditional recipe is Green Creme De Menthe, Brown Creme De Cacao, and Cream, try that tastes more like a thin mint. However I now intend on mixing some Rumplemintz with Chocolate milk. Enjoy, do not over do it.
I think it is good as is, but you might try a little soda water or ice at first.
use a beer chaser, try molson's ale.;that's if your legally able to drink.
I personally don't care for it on it's own, but is good on vanilla ice cream.
Only way i've ever had it was as a shot. I think it is fine by it's self, i'm sorry you can have a glass of it with some ice & sip it. Although i'm thinking it might be pretty tasty in some hot chocolate or cocoa
I put peppermint schnapps in my bong instead of water. It makes the smoke cooler and easier on my lungs
it's pretty good on it's own..burns a little like mint listerine and is kinda sweet, but not too bad...definitly not harsh like most liquor shots...I like Ice 101 and Dr. McGuillicutties Mint..the ice 101 is a little sweeter
it's also good in chocolate milk (my friends and I named it the Dirty GirlScout) or hot cocoa
or as a shot called an air conditioner where it's half jager and half mint schnapps
personally, i think it tastes like scope mouthwash by itself. mix it with hot cocoa and whip cream. It tastes great.
assuming you are of legal drinking age.. now that we have that out of the way ... it's a nice smooth sippin drink ,ice cold is best be careful there is a much higher proof, and it's hard to tell the difference, but you will get drunk and sick real quick if your not used to it.
It's great if you like Scope mouthwash.
