How does increasing the price of drink make it healthier for rich and poor, alike?!

It doesn't, but our masters think that it's OK to be p****d if you are rich but not if you are poor.

It doesn't, it just makes the poor poorer, and the rich more likely to get drunk.

People think that buy raising prices we will stop drinking it. Look at cigarettes here in the US. In Chicago you pay about $7 a pack and people still smoke. Hmm.. didn't seem to stop them.

When you consider that tramps have been getting drunk in parks etc since time began. Being poor doesn't stop you from getting drunk!

Make it more expensive to buy drink and eventually people will question whether it's really worth it when there are all the other pointless possessions that people feel they need to have.
