I have a Coors light beer from 1953 with the beer still in it, and one without beer, great condition. How much?!

Question: How much do you think its worth? Found them in an old car glove box.

I would get in touch with beer can collectors, as there are some that weant unopened cans.

How do you know it is from 1953?

In any case, go here

If it were me I'd pop the top and drink it. As long as it's still sealed it's probably still good. Then sell the bottles on Ebay. That's what it's there for.

In all honesty, I don't think there was any light beer in 1953. I don't recall light beer being introduced until the 1970s.

Another point: Beer cans are worth the same: with or without the product.

As far as a value is concerned: It all depends on the can's/bottle's condition.

Yes, that is my real last name!

I don't think Coors made a light beer in 1953. Coors by definition is a "light" beer, what we used to call 3-2 because of the low alcohol content. I'm guessing that the cans had to be opened with an opener. But in any case, the cans have to be in pristine condition to be worth anything. More than a few dollars.

Light beer didn't hit the market until the 1970's. There was low alcohol beer developed during prohibition, but if it specifically says lite on the can/bottle, it's from at least the 70's.

ebay isnt not what it worth its what someone willing to pay for it on a another note dont drink it like writergirl said to do that beer is going to be nasty if you dont believe me buy a beer let that puppy sit for year drink that one then add 50 plus years to that taste
