Can I buy a Mr. Beer brewing kit from Target if I'm under 21?!

Question: Hmm.. good question. I'm not sure. You could go to a farmers market and purchase all the separate ingredients legally. I think you may have found a loop hole. But if you've thought of it chances are that someone else has and it is probably illegal.

EDIT:

I just went through most of the purchasing process at mrbeer.com and at no point did they ask my age or for verification. Hmm.. go you kid.

you should NOT be able to unless the drinking age in your state is under 21.

As a matter of fact until it's brewed and fermented it is NOT alcohol and therefore not illegal.

Yes, you can, but make sure the polices of your fascist country don't ever smell it, if not, you will end up doing hundreds of Slave work under community services. At least that would open your eyes about how one is free in the US. I personally come from a background were simple things like alcohol are seen in a liberal ways. I personally drank liquor first at 13 years old, and I feel I've been a lot more responsible about it through my life then my friends from the US. I am 30 now, but I've seen a few 22-25 yrs kids in the US drinking in dangerous levels.

You can die for your country at 16, but you can't drink 'till 21...
