I don't get it anywhere else. Just an FYI - don't ever spend over $100 for a bottle like other websites sell them for. Its not worth it and probably not the real stuff.

It is illegal to distill, but I have brewed it. You can find kits on Ebay.

Not sold in stores yet but you can go online and buy it. Heres some sites for you. Have fun with the green fairy

In the UK you can buy it in Tesco.
The thujone is a toxic substance present in wormwood used in the distilling process. It has a similar molecular structure to THC -the active chemical in cannabis.
Although legal to buy in the UK, there is not as much thujone as the absinthe available in the past.

Apparently, you can still buy a version of Absinthe but made without the wormwood called Herb Sainte.
Sounds like Pernod to me!

There are legal absinthes in the US and you cannot brew it. Absinthe is a high proof spirit. It must be distilled.

Lucid, a real absinthe, is now distributed in about a dozen states. It contains wormwood and therefore thujone but the there is so little of it in there it doesn't even qualify for BATF regulation. It's Absinthe light. Check out the website and you find the list of states where its sold. I sell in Texas for $69.

If you want more traditional thujone level Absinthe you'll have to get it on the internet. It is still not legal in the US.

NO, and you Can't.

They sell Lucid brand absinthe online and in some stores in the US
